If your catalogs aren’t cropped right, check these two settings.
Issue 1: Advantage+ Catalog Settings at the Ad Level
Meta’s Advantage+ settings may crop your images automatically.
Fix:
1. Go to your ad in Ads Manager.
2. Click Edit on the creative.
3. Find Advantage+ Creative settings.
4. Turn off enhancements that are causing the cropping
Issue 2: Catalog Cropping Settings
Your catalog settings might be cropping your ads.
Fix:
1. Go to Commerce Manager → Catalog → Settings
2. Click Catalogue
3. Select 'Show entire image in frame'
