Asset Versions keep all iterations of an asset together without re-uploads or broken links.

You simply add a new version to an existing asset. Everything stays connected.

How to add a new version

  1. Open an asset

  2. Drag and drop your new file, or click Add version

3. Upload the file

Done. The new version is added instantly.

You can view all versions in the versions menu

Why Asset Versions?

Without versions, teams end up with:

  • duplicate files

  • confusion about the “latest” version

  • broken links in briefings

  • no clear overview of iterations

Asset Versions solve this by:

  • keeping all related files in one place

  • showing progress from raw to final

  • avoiding re-uploads and re-briefing

  • keeping your library clean

When should you use versions?

Use Asset Versions for:

  • improved ad creatives

  • updated edits of raw assets

  • any iteration that belongs to the same asset

Everything stays connected.

What stays the same?

Across all versions:

  • The asset link stays the same

This means:

  • briefings never break

  • context is preserved

  • no extra work or confusion
