We're sorry to see you go! But if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so through your account settings in your Adflow account.
Please note that only the person who created the account first can cancel the subscription within Adflow. You can also email support@adlfow.io or send a chat.
βStep 1: Click on your profile in the bottom left corner and head to "Teams and Billing"
Step 2: Click Manage billing
Step 3: Head to your current plan and confirm the cancellation
After you confirm the cancellation request, the Customer Success team will reach out to you within 2 workdays to confirm the cancellation.
