Have you been voted the best online store? Or do you have five stars on Trustpilot? Use this in your ads to convince potential customers.

With Adflow, you can add social proof in 4 ways:

  1. General customer reviews

  2. Review score

  3. Screenshot of your review provider

  4. Product reviews

General customer reviews

In Adflow, you can add up to 10 general reviews, and Adflow can randomly display these reviews next to your products. This way, a customer swiping through your products sees a unique review every time.

How to add customer reviews?

  • Select the desired project

  • Go to settings

  • Scroll down to 'Brandkit' and click on 'add quote' under social proof

  • Copy 10 beautiful reviews that you have collected

  • Click the 'Update Brandkit' button

Important

πŸ‘‰ Use only real reviews

πŸ‘‰ Use general reviews because they can be displayed with any product

πŸ‘‰ Fill in 10 reviews for enough variety

πŸ‘‰ Use short reviews to make them look better in your design. Shorten them if they are too long.

How to use these customer reviews in your design?

  • Navigate to designs

  • Select the desired design

  • Click the '+ icon' in your design

  • Now select 'Random customer quote' under Brand kit

Done! Adflow will now add a random customer review to each product.

If longer reviews don't fit nicely in your design, you can choose to use dots when a review is more than, for example, four lines.

Review score

Within Adflow, you can manually enter your review score and the number of reviews you have received. Adflow then automatically creates an element with a number of stars.

How to add your review score?

  • Select the desired project

  • Go to settings

  • Scroll down to 'Brandkit' and enter the number of reviews and the average score (we assume a 1-10 score. If you work with 1 to 5 stars, you must convert this).

  • Click the 'Update Brandkit' button

How to use this review score in your design?

  • Navigate to designs

  • Select the desired design

  • Click the '+ icon' in your design

  • Now select which review elements you want to add under Brand kit:

    • Company review score

    • Company review starts

    • Number of company reviews

Important

πŸ‘‰ Use your actual score and number of reviews

πŸ‘‰ Make a slight adjustment to your design if you have adjusted the review score. Only after a design adjustment will Adflow implement it to all your products.

Screenshot of your review provider

Naturally, you can also add a screenshot of your review provider. You can add an image layer and upload a screenshot of your review score.

Product reviews

We are working on a direct integration with the product reviews of Feedback Company. You can show each product's review and score in your dynamic ad.
